As Colorado's trusted partner, we aid the State in its endeavor to identify, verify, recover and account for Medicaid expenditures where viable third party resources are available to members.

- NEW CASE requests can be submitted through our web portal by selecting the 'SOLARIS' option. This will generate an immediate case creation for you as well as a confirmation letter
- Requests for both interim and final liens can be submitted by selecting 'Request Claim/Lien Amount Personal Injury'
- Select 'Submit Case Documents' to submit medical authorizations, disputes, and compromise requests
